Getting started
To use the app, you’ll need to be registered for Cumberland Internet Banking and have a mobile number registered with us.
1. Download the app and select ‘Register’ from the main menu.
2. Read and confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Enter your Internet Banking details – Customer Number and Access Code.
4. Verify your device using the security code we send you.
5. Create your secure 5-digit passcode to enter each time you log on.
6. Optionally enable Face ID or Touch ID for quicker login.
